Fish and chips is such a simple but utterly satisfying meal for a casual lunch or dinner. It’s one of my favorites for a lazy Sunday. The fish is light yet fried to perfection, and the chips (or fries, as we Americans call them) are crispy and delightful. It’s comfort food at its best and a great choice to feed a crowd.
