Shipping not available at checkout?
Make sure your cart meets the $100 minimum required for shipped orders. Once your cart reaches the minimum, shipping options will appear automatically at checkout.
Shipping costs
Frozen products (cold-pack shipping):
- $49 on orders $100–$249
- $25 on orders $250–$324
- Free on orders $325+
Shelf-stable items:
- Flat $15 shipping
All cold-pack shipping includes insulated packaging and dry ice.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
Limited options to Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be available at checkout for select items.
How frozen orders are packed
Frozen orders ship in high-performance insulated packaging with a carefully calculated combination of dry ice, ice packs, and thermal insulation to ensure safe delivery.
Why there’s a $100 shipping minimum
Frozen shipping requires specialized packaging and dry ice. The $100 minimum helps reduce waste and allows us to offer fair, predictable shipping rates while protecting product quality.
Shipping schedule
Frozen orders ship Monday–Tuesday to avoid weekend delays.
Delivery typically occurs within 1–3 business days, depending on destination. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.
Carrier
Orders ship via UPS, with service level selected based on destination, weight, and seasonal conditions.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that covers your order if it is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
Covered orders are replaced or refunded without the need to file a carrier claim.
Shipping Protection is recommended for shipped orders and is not required for local pickup. You’ll see this option at checkout.
Expedited shipping
Expedited options may be available at checkout for select destinations and products, when conditions allow.

How do I choose local pickup?
Local pickup can be selected as a shipping option during checkout.
Where do I pick up my order?
Local pickup is available at no charge for orders of any size at our Santa Fe location:

When will my order be ready for pickup?
Orders are typically ready within 24–48 hours.
If you need pickup scheduled for a specific date or time, please call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Will my order be fresh or frozen at pickup?
Orders are prepared frozen unless otherwise specified. If you have a preference, please let us know when placing your order.
