Physical Description: Approximately 6-8 oz of wild, line caught Swordfish steak. Sashimi grade. Our swordfish steaks are skin-on and boneless. They are cut to about one inch thick.
Cooking: We recommend a quick marinade for the swordfish before putting on a grill or broiling. Swordfish can also be enjoyed in sushi.
