This is a deposit to reserve your holiday turkey for local pickup only (Santa Fe shop or select pickup locations). These premium birds are in very high demand and cannot be shipped nationwide in time for Thanksgiving. The remaining balance will be due when you pick up your turkey.

📦 Pickup Dates
Most customers will pick up their turkeys Monday–Wednesday, November 26–28. Our shop will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
If you’d like to pick up earlier, that may be possible — we’ll send out an announcement once we have confirmed availability.
Please remember this is a local pickup preorder only; turkeys cannot be shipped nationwide in time for the holiday.
🥩 Serving Size
Plan for 1–1.5 lbs of turkey per guest (including bones).

Our holiday turkeys arrive to you fresh, never frozen — the way turkey is meant to be enjoyed. They’re kept chilled to maintain peak quality, ensuring the meat stays tender, flavorful, and ready for your holiday table. Please enjoy or freeze by Friday November 28th .

Our turkeys arrive pure and clean — no injections, brines, or marinades — the perfect canvas for your holiday feast.

Roast at 325°F, uncovered after the first hour, until internal temp reaches 160–180°F (approx. 3 hrs).
