Local pickup only in Santa Fe. Pickup starts Monday, November 23, 2026. Turkeys will not be shipped during Thanksgiving week.
Reserve your whole turkey with a deposit today. The checkout price is your deposit, not the full price of the bird.
Price & Deposits
$7.49 per lb. Your final total is based on your bird's actual weight. Your deposit is applied to that total, and the remaining balance is due at pickup.
- 12–16 lb bird: $50 deposit per bird.
- 20–24 lb bird: $100 deposit per bird.
A Note on Sizes
Size ranges are estimates. We cannot guarantee an exact weight or that your bird will fall within the selected range. Exact sizes are first come, first served at pickup.
If you need a certain amount of meat, consider ordering two birds or adding a ham, tenderloin, prime rib, or another holiday cut.
Pickup Details
Pick up at our Santa Fe butcher shop at 1934 Cerrillos Road, starting Monday, November 23. This is a holiday preorder. Your turkey will not be ready before that date, even if checkout shows our standard pickup time.
Please place turkey preorders separately from orders you want shipped.
Raised With Care
Our whole turkeys are raised with care on small family farms with clean feed, natural light, and room to move. No injections, brines, or added solutions. No antibiotics, hormones, or steroids.
Questions About This Product
Flash-frozen at peak freshness. Flash-frozen actually beats "fresh" sitting on ice for days in transit — it locks in the texture and flavor at their absolute prime.
At 0°F or below, this stays at peak quality for 12–18 months. For best flavor and texture, we recommend cooking within 6 months.
We recommend thawing first for the most even cook. Move it from freezer to fridge 24 hours ahead, or quick-thaw in cold water (in the original packaging) if you're short on time.
Sourcing, traceability, and process. Our meat comes from regenerative ranches with open pasture— fully traceable from ranch to your door.
Grocery commodity meat is a different animal raised on a different plan, with a different result on your plate.
