🍽 Friday Night — Seated Mezcal Dinner (Sold Out)

Friday is an intimate, seated mezcal dinner curated by Executive Chef Mounir Loqman of the Inn and Spa at Loretto — a refined, social evening that balances elegance with energy.

Guests will enjoy a four-course menu with guided mezcal pairings, featuring highlights such as:

• Crab to open the evening

• Mezcal-cured Wagyu

• Bison tenderloin paired with wild-caught scallop

• A unique dessert incorporating roasted pineapple, prickly pear, and beef tallow

Friday also includes:

• Guided mezcal pairings throughout the meal

• Open bar with mezcal cocktails, beer, and wine

• Transportation options and curated swag

Saturday’s food is bold, generous, and designed to carry a long night.

We’ve invited standout kitchens from Four Seasons Rancho Encantado (Santa Fe), Gatsby’s (Santa Fe), and Paso Del Norte (El Paso) to bring their culinary voice to the table — creating a continuous spread that pairs seamlessly with mezcal and fuels the celebration.

Expect elevated preparations built around Beck & Bulow’s finest proteins, served throughout the evening.

🌵 The Mezcal — Six Reserve-Level Spirits

Saturday features six rare, reserve-level mezcals, selected for depth, balance, and expression.

You’ll experience:

• Wild and semi-wild agaves aged 10–30+ years

• Earthen pit roasting over wood and stone

• Ancestral, small-batch distillation — no factories, no shortcuts

Featured producers include Huxal Mezcal (Oaxaca) and Bacanora Kilinga (Sonora), with additional rare bottlings revealed closer to the event.

The experience is guided by Benjamín Nava Vargas, one of Mexico’s most respected Master Mezcaleros — offering insight without intimidation.
