This is a deposit to reserve your holiday turkey breast for local pickup only (Santa Fe shop). These premium turkey breasts are in very high demand and cannot be shipped nationwide in time for Thanksgiving. The remaining balance will be due when you pick up your order.

  • $9.99/lb (final price based on actual weight at pickup)

  • Deposit: $40 (reserves one package of turkey breast, 4–8 lbs)

  • At pickup, you’ll pay the remaining balance (usually $0–40, depending on the final weight).

  • Deposit Only → This secures your turkey breast; the final balance is collected at pickup.

  • Local Pickup Only → Not available for nationwide shipping.

  • Weight Ranges → Exact sizes are not guaranteed. Each package contains two bone-in pieces, total 4–8 lbs.

  • Plan Ahead → If you need a specific amount of meat, consider adding additional turkey breast, a whole turkey, or another centerpiece (like smoked ham or prime rib) to make sure you have enough for your gathering.

🥩 Serving Size

Plan for 1–1.5 lbs of turkey per guest (including the bone).

  • Adults: 1.25–1.5 lbs each

  • Kids: 0.75–1 lb each

  • For leftovers, add an extra 0.5 lb per person.

📦 Pickup Dates

Turkey breasts will be available for local pickup the week of Thanksgiving (Monday–Wednesday, November 26–28). Our shop will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. If earlier pickup becomes available, we’ll send out an announcement with details.

Our turkey breasts are delivered fresh, never frozen — carefully chilled to preserve tenderness and flavor. For best quality, please enjoy or freeze by Sunday, December 1st.
