This spring, we’re opening the gates to the public — for the first time ever — to host an unforgettable Easter Bash at the new Beck & Bulow Ranch in Lamy.
It’s going to be a day of family fun, great food, wide open skies, and of course — bison.
Your attendance and support will help us develop the ranch into a gathering place for generations to enjoy — with hiking trails, a renovated pool, shaded rest areas, and future events open to the community.

Flash-frozen at peak freshness. Flash-frozen actually beats "fresh" sitting on ice for days in transit — it locks in the texture and flavor at their absolute prime.
At 0°F or below, this stays at peak quality for 12–18 months. For best flavor and texture, we recommend cooking within 6 months.
We recommend thawing first for the most even cook. Move it from freezer to fridge 24 hours ahead, or quick-thaw in cold water (in the original packaging) if you're short on time.
Sourcing, traceability, and process. Our meat comes from regenerative ranches with open pasture— fully traceable from ranch to your door.
Grocery commodity meat is a different animal raised on a different plan, with a different result on your plate.
