Physical Description: Approximately 5-6 lbs of bison short ribs. Each package comes with about 4 strips of meat; each with 3 x 2 inch bones per piece.
Cooking: These can be eaten Flintstones style with the bone still attached. The meat can also be removed from the bone and used on nachos, enchiladas, tacos, BBQ sandwiches, mac and cheese… it’s great with pretty much anything. We have cooked these with just water and salt and had them turn out delicious. Bulow likes to grill them first and then slow cook them in the crockpot covered in home made BBQ sauce. We have restaurants serving these braised in many different styles, from a beer-stout marinade to alongside Korean kimchi.
