Physical Description: Osso Buco; each piece consisting of a beautiful marrow bone surrounded by delicious meat that is meant to be slow cooked.
Cooking: Cook slow and low for 4-8 hours and allow the tender meat to fall right off the bone. This is one item that the longer it is cooked, the more tender it becomes. Once cooked to perfection, the whole piece can be served as it’s own plate, or the meat can be used for other recipes. The bone marrow can be scooped out and enjoyed as a delicacy or you could also leave the bones in the slow cooker, add water and create a nice soup stock.

True to the traditional methods of raising Wagyu, we provide high quality barley grains for the cows to eat as they please. We raise bison on this land as well.
