Welcome These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products (“Goods”) from Beck & Bulow (“we,” “us,” “our”) through www.beckandbulow.com (the “Site”) or related channels. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

1. Orders and Acceptance 1.1 Placing an order is an offer to buy Goods at the listed price. No contract forms until we accept your order (via order confirmation email or account update). 1.2 We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons. If canceled after payment, we’ll refund in full. 1.3 All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we may offer a substitute or refund.

2. Pricing and Payment 2.1 Prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes/shipping unless stated. Prices may change before acceptance; if higher, we’ll notify you to confirm or cancel. 2.2 Payment is due at checkout via accepted methods (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bitcoin). All transactions are secure. 2.3 You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

3. Shipping and Delivery 3.1 See our Shipping Policy (linked at checkout and on the Site) for full details. Key terms:

$100 minimum order subtotal for nationwide shipping.
$49 for $100–$249.99 (Cold-Pack Standard).
$25 for $250–$324.99 (Cold-Pack Discounted).
Free shipping on $325+ (Cold-Pack Free).
Ships to 48 contiguous United States via UPS (FedEx in select cases).
Orders ship Monday/Tuesday for orders placed by Sunday 5:00 PM MST.
Delivery typically 2–3 business days.
Perishable items ship frozen with dry ice in insulated coolers. 3.2 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. 3.3 Local pickup and delivery are available free in Santa Fe/Albuquerque areas (see Shipping Policy).

4. Subscriptions 4.1 Subscriptions deliver selected Goods on your chosen schedule and are billed automatically to your payment method. 4.2 You may cancel or pause future deliveries anytime via your account or by emailing orders@beckandbulow.com. Cancellations take effect after the current billing cycle. 4.3 Already-processed or shipped subscription orders follow the same cancellation and return rules as one-time orders.

5. Cancellations 5.1 You may cancel an order before it ships (pre-confirmation or pre-shipping label). 5.2 To cancel: Log into your account → Order History → request cancellation, or contact us at orders@beckandbulow.com or 505-428-6827. 5.3 Once shipped, cancellation is not possible due to perishable nature (see Shipping Policy). 5.4 Refunds for pre-shipment cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Returns and Refunds 6.1 Due to the perishable nature of our meat products, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped. 6.2 If Goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@beckandbulow.com or 505-428-6827 with your order number, description, and photos. 6.3 If the issue is due to our error, we may:

Send a replacement (at no cost), or
Issue a full or partial refund (processed within 7–10 business days). 6.4 Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the error is ours. We cannot guarantee resolutions for issues reported after 7 days or caused by improper handling/storage.

7. Liability 7.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits). 7.2 Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the Goods. 7.3 Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Santa Fe County, New Mexico.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted here with the new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site or purchases after changes constitutes acceptance.
