100% Wild Caught Alaskan Halibut.
Physical Description: Our current stock of halibut comes with an approximately 1 lb of halibut filets that was pressure sealed and flash frozen shortly after it was caught. Halibut is the largest of all flatfish and can get up to 500 pounds or more, but our fillets come from the smaller fish which are more tender.
Cooking: They have a mild, slightly sweet flavor and a unique firm, flaky texture. Halibut has a wide array of uses from sandwiches to fish hash for breakfast or an elegant dinner entrée. It will yield high quality results across the board.
