Physical Description: Approximately 6 oz of Cold Smoked Copper River Sockeye Salmon Lox. Cold smoked salmon is incredibly smooth with a buttery texture. After being cold smoked the salmon has a flavor that is a great blend of smokey and salty. Each package contains 7-10 pre-sliced pieces of cold smoked salmon. Sockeye salmon, also called Red Salmon, are highly prized for their rich flavor, deep red-orange color, superb quality and high oil content.

Cooking: Our cold smoked Lox are fully cured and ready to eat. We'd recommend them served with high quality cheese or served with cream cheese on a bagel. Salmon’s a heart-healthy, flavorful favorite whose firm, meaty flesh rewards simple preparations. From thrifty trimmings weaved into scrambled eggs, to versions flavored with herbs, beetroot, whisky and more, there are products to suit most budgets and tastes.

Nutrition Information: Salmon is one of the best sources of the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.
