Every Scout Box is different — that's the point. Our team rotates the selection each order to keep things interesting and introduce you to proteins and cuts you might not have reached for on your own.

Every box will always include:

• Ground meat — at least two pounds across bison, beef, elk, or wild boar
• Bacon — at least one pack of heritage pork bacon or wild boar bacon
• Sausage — at least one pack drawn from our full sausage catalog

The rest of the box rotates freely across our everyday cuts catalog — ground meats, burger patties, stew meat, chicken, heritage pork, and wild-caught seafood. No two boxes are identical.
