Cooking: For this premium steak, all we recommend is lightly oiling, adding a pinch of salt and pepper all over and quickly searing each side over high heat. Cook the center to 125-145 degrees Fahrenheit for a rare to medium steak. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes and then dig in!
