Nationwide Shipping Options

All addresses within the 48 continental United States qualify for shipping. Limited shipping options available to AK/HI – call for availability.
Orders over $250.00 qualify for free shipping!
Our orders are shipped in the highest standard, insulated styrofoam coolers at no extra cost to you. A carefully calculated amount of dry ice, ice packs and thermal wrapping are also included.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders are shipped at the beginning of each week. Once shipped, orders will arrive within 1-3 business days.
Orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery or Express Saver. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee. Please call us at 505-428-6827 to arrange faster shipping for your order.

Local Pickup Options

Where: Local orders of any dollar amount are able to be picked up at our location in Santa Fe at no charge.
Starting March 10 2021, pickup orders will be available at our location at 1934 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe NM.
When: Orders are ready for pickup within 24 hours.
Business Hours: 7 Days / week 9am-6pm.

The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This is a huge step up from the grocery store butcher department. They have a great selection and add new products frequently. My pup loves the organ jerky. It’s her favorite treat and wants me to remind you to pick up a bag for your dog.

Just attended the Beck and Bulow ultimate charcuterie board demo. What a great bunch of people and the food was insanely delicious! I recommend bison tartar, copper river salmon and the trout caviar.

Great addition to the Santa Fe food scene. We’ve tried several things from them including their wild caught salmon which was great on the grill. Their Wagyu beef is amazing. The cuts we especially enjoy are the filets and the flat iron (easiest impressive company dinner ever).
