100% Traditionally Raised Wagyu Beef
Physical Description: Approximately 16-18 oz of traditionally raised wagyu beef boneless ribeye.
Cooking: For this premium steak, all we recommend is lightly oiling, adding a pinch of salt and pepper all over and quickly searing each side over high heat. 1-3 minutes per side will cook the center to 125-145 degrees Fahrenheit for a rare to medium steak. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes and then dig in!
Nutrition Information: Wagyu beef has high amount of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids which are the healthier monounsaturated fats sought after in salmon. The ratio of HDL to LDL is the highest in wagyu compared to all other beef. This fat starts to melt at a much lower temperature so every bite literally melts in your mouth. Beef is graded by the intramuscular fat percentage (IMF). Our wagyu beef has an IMF rating of 28-40%. This is about 3 times higher of USDA prime which has about 10-12% IMF.
Farming Practices: Our wagyu are raised on sustainable ranches in the American Southwest. They are pasture-raised and supplemented with a traditional blend of grain that was crafted intentionally for wagyu cattle. This practice easy on the animals gives the steaks the most consistent marbling. The animals are raised in a stress free environment with as much direct attention given as needed. Our ranching practices are humane and sustainable. The animals are never administered antibiotics, hormones or steroids.
