The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This is a huge step up from the grocery store butcher department. They have a great selection and add new products frequently.
My pup loves the organ jerky. It’s her favorite treat and wants me to remind you to pick up a bag for your dog.

Just attended the Beck and Bulow ultimate charcuterie board demo. What a great bunch of people and the food was insanely delicious!
I recommend bison tartar, copper river salmon and the trout caviar.

Great addition to the Santa Fe food scene. We’ve tried several things from them including their wild caught salmon which was great on the grill. Their Wagyu beef is amazing. The cuts we especially enjoy are the filets and the flat iron (easiest impressive company dinner ever).
