Physical Description: Our Bison Primal Burger Blend is an amazing product, packaged in approximately 1 lb packs. This unique blend comes with 60% ground meat, 20% fat, and 20% organ meats (heart and liver).

Cooking: This blend cooks just like our best-selling ground bison. It's a convenient and delicious way to incorporate the benefits of organ meats into your diet without the need to order a whole liver. Many of our clients have been experimenting with different preparation methods for this blend. With the addition of toppings and sauces, it's hard to tell that there are organ meats in the blend. However, if you enjoy the rich taste of organs, using fewer seasonings is recommended for a more subtle flavor compared to eating organ meat on its own.

Nutrition Information: Grass fed bison is a superior protein source compared to other common meat sources. Bison contains 766% more vitamin B-12 per serving than chicken, 26% more iron than beef - a mineral essential for brain and muscle function - and 98% fewer calories than beef. It also boasts the highest amount of Omega 3's among all meat sources, and a whopping 28 grams of protein per serving. Furthermore, bison contains high amounts of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), a fatty acid known to provide various health benefits.
