First of all, the customer service is excellent. I emailed a few times with questions prior to purchasing their products and I received delightful responses very quickly. I ordered Elk meat and it was shipped very quickly and was packed with dry ice. This was seriously the highest quality of meat we have ever tasted. You will literally taste the difference as they state! We cooked the majority of the Elk we purchased for a chili cook-off and with over 400 attendees, our Elk Chili won 1st place! We decided to make Elk tacos with our last pound, and every bite just savored in our mouths. We just placed another order with B&B, ordering more Elk and also some Bison. We will definitely be life-long customers. Thank you B&B!

Oh yea! I acquired the Garlic Lamb Dried Sausage, Brisket, and some Bison Cajun sausage. Really impressed by the quality of the meat. Great haul.

Excellent quality. The Wild Boar Bacon is to die for! Wish they wouldn’t be out of stock for such a long time, over a month. Get me addicted and pull my product! The bison is sooooo tender and flavorful. I almost quit beef in favor of bison. Bison burgers, steak and stew meat. The bison stew meat is more like cut up tenderloin its so tender. And everyone is so helpful in the store. Store is kinda small, and always filled with people whenever I go. But they always have enough clerks to handle it. Love them!

Great store amazing quality

This place is immaculate, great quality and selection. The woman who works at the front desk is knowledgeable, pleasant and followed up with me the next day when I had a question for the butcher. Will be coming here from now on. :)
